This training mainly looks at the various technologies involved in deploying Mac within mixed environments containing both Mac and Windows computers.
It starts with connecting the Mac to the network. It then looks at integrating the Mac to Active Directory, and the role of identity and certification.
Security is key in OS X, so the presenter will share with the attendees the security technologies implemented on Mac. The presenter will also look at provisioning and managing Macs.
The training concludes with some best practice recommendations, and the common concepts between OS X and iOS.
This will be a combination of presentation, demonstration and/or hands-on exercises. The hands-on exercises, if appropriate to conduct, will cover some of the following:
