This course helps new operations staff become familiar with the IBM SmartCloud Analytics Predictive Insights application. The course describes how to locate faults and anomalies, perform rudimentary root cause analysis on faults, and determine if escalation or problem rerouting is required. After completing this course, the new operator should be able to assist in preventing service disruptions in an organization.
This basic course is for IT operations staff and service desk engineers.
